We're told a will protects a family. But, often it protects nothing.

WE'RE HERE TO PROTECT EVERYTHING THAT MAKES YOUR FAMILY STRONGER.

Legacy Creators exists because someone needed to tell the truth.

We’ve seen too many families lose everything.

Not through carelessness, but through trust in outdated and incomplete solutions.

That ends now - with us.

Most families are playing Monopoly without a strategy - just hoping to pass Go, collect what's left, and stay out of trouble.

But the wealthiest families know that the real power isn’t in owning a few houses, it’s in knowing how to buy the board, protect the assets, and pass the game on with clear rules everyone understands.

We're here to help your family stop playing to survive and start playing to win.

Together.

Generation after generation.

The Problem We're Here to Solve

For hundreds of years, the wealthiest families in the world have quietly used a three-part formula to ensure their legacy lasts:

Strategy. Structure. Stewardship.

It’s not luck.

It’s a system refined, protected, and passed down behind closed doors.

The problem?

This system has been the best kept secret of the ultra-wealthy,

while everyday families are handed basic wills and told they’ve “done enough.”

They haven’t.

We're making the principles once reserved for dynasties available to every family

that cares enough to do things properly.

Inheritance doesn’t have to create conflict — when done right, it can create connection.

Who Are We?

Sean Freckleton

FOUNDER

Father | Son | Inheritance Planner | Succession Specialist |

Sean Godson is a thought leader at the intersection of legacy, succession, and intergenerational business, known for his work helping families preserve what they have built and ensure it continues to strengthen across generations rather than becoming part of the widely documented 90% failure rate of family wealth transfers.

His work focuses on a simple but often overlooked truth:

wealth alone does not create legacy. Structure, stewardship, and shared vision do.

With over a decade of experience advising individuals, business owners, and families, Sean has guided people through some of the most important decisions of their lives. He works closely with families to protect their assets, clarify their wishes, and design the structures needed to ensure what they have built does not simply transfer, but continues with purpose and direction.

Alongside his work with families, Sean has spent years in corporate leadership roles working with large multigenerational organisations. Through this experience he recognised a consistent pattern: the most enduring legacies are rarely the result of luck or wealth alone. They are built through vision, strategy, shared values, and clearly defined pathways for succession.

This insight now shapes everything he does.

Through Legacy Creators, Sean helps families step back and think differently about the future. Rather than focusing solely on legal documents or financial structures, he encourages people to adopt what he calls a Family Office mindset — understanding that legacy is not simply about how much wealth you accumulate, but about how intentionally you manage, protect, and pass it forward.

Sean has seen firsthand how easily families can lose what generations worked hard to build when planning is delayed, avoided, or treated as a one-time event rather than an ongoing process. But he has also seen the extraordinary outcomes that become possible when families are given the right guidance, structure, and long-term perspective.

His mission is clear:

To help families build legacies that endure — strengthening relationships across generations while ensuring what has been built continues to grow rather than slowly disappear.

Michelle Mahal

AUTHOR AND CREATOR OF CONTINUNITY

Mother | Daughter | Connection & Trust Specialist |Relational Wealth Advocate |

Michelle Mahal is the creator of ContinUnity, a framework designed to help families reverse disconnection and preserve what truly matters across generations. Her work sits at the intersection of legacy, relational wealth, and meaningful family connection.

But Michelle’s passion for this work is not purely professional. It is deeply personal.

She is part of the sandwich generation, caring both up and down the family tree.

As a mother raising the next generation while also supporting and caring for her father, Michelle understands firsthand the responsibility and complexity that comes with protecting a family’s present and future while simultaneously honouring its past.

Her work is grounded in a simple belief:

The greatest crisis of our time is the trend of disconnection and isolation, and our stories and dreams are the key to reversing it.

The inspiration for ContinUnity came when Michelle’s 96-year-old grandmother passed away in her arms. In that moment, she realised that she'd never hear her voice again. It struck her how easily the stories, wisdom, and voices that shape a family can easily disappear if they are not consciously preserved.

Michelle made a promise to help families protect their voices, their stories, and their shared identity.

With nearly two decades of experience guiding thousands of individuals, families, and entrepreneurs to share their stories and build meaningful contributions around their expertise, Michelle now helps families adopt a simple daily practice that strengthens connection and preserves family legacy.

Because legacy is not just about what we leave behind.

It is about what we nurture, protect, and pass forward while we are still here.

And the most powerful part?

It takes just five minutes a day.
